Let’s change the way we look at fresh food……the Dutch Cuisine Way!
Food is something we can enjoy at least three times a day.
Having worked for big A brand organisations in the food industry, Bart got increasingly surprised about the attitude of the food processing industry. So he wants to change the way the world looks at fresh food together. Nature has got so much to offer that he believes we do not need processed products.
As commercial director of Koppert Cress, Bart would like to show how we approach the market. As Koppert Cress, they have defined their WHY as: “Good food is the base of a healthy existence”. How they deal with the logistic lines, how they’d like to cooperate with chefs and how they believe in the fact that they have to help their customers to be successful. To do so, they want to change the way the world looks at fresh food together. The answer: Dutch Cuisine.
Dutch Cuisine is based upon the 80/20 principle…more fruit and vegetables and less meat, more local produce, more seasonality. If you want to eat meat, use everything. To find out more, do not miss this session!
Worldchefs Congress & Expo 2016 in Thessaloniki, Greece is the place to discover the future of cuisine.
